Homemachanics’s lending Service platform shall retain and store customer information and financial transaction data in a secure and lawful manner for a period of 10 years. In some exception data cases (like Audits, Customer Complaints etc) can be stored for a longer time period.

Homemachanics’s lending Service platform employs robust data encryption measures for customer information both in transit and at rest. This includes but is not limited to encryption of sensitive data, including account numbers, personal identification data, and transaction records.

The Data Controller shall use industry-standard encryption protocols and algorithms to safeguard customer information from unauthorized access. The encryption keys shall be stored and managed securely.
